I worked as a diesel tech for several years. Stupid people and amsoil kept us busy with engine and trans replacements. Still cant figure out why people would run assoil but hey it kept my wallet fat for their mistakes lol.
Its amazing how you get these trucks in the shop and theres garbage stacked to the windshield and these guys drive it like its no big deal! Or you get duct taped parts under the hood now that always set me off trying to figure out what they were trying to fix then trying to get rid of the sticky crap lol.

Hey Joshua, I bet working on your car is like working on a toy compared to those trucks! One thing I know, gas smells way better than diesel !LOL. Tim

I see all those issues all the time... so common i don't bother taking pics!! 😛 We have a wide selection of manufacturers and equipment that it's all a blur!! :| We have, refuse equipment, street sweepers, snow plow and spreaders, graders, excavators, pumps, dumps, tandems, trailers, light duty and heavy duty vehicles.. etc etc I've been on 12hr shifts since sat!! damn snow!!

My car is definitely easier to wrench on compared a big diesel truck.......and far as the diesel fuel smell I hardly notice it anymore!

doing a 3 axle brake job as simple as it seems takes a toll....

I do all the diesel work at my shop and i love it. make lots of time real easy!!
