long tube headers that do not need modifications to fit?

Wouldn't the exact type of vehicle/ transmission to be fitted need to be known to know what the fit will be like?
For example I have a 6.0 in a 1985 442 with a turbo 350. I've heard hookers are the best fit?
Ideally to get them to fit the best they should be custom on the car. Companies attempt to sell a somewhat universal solution that still needs massaging. I hear the Hooker Blackheart and Hedman fit perfect no modifications between LS, 4L80 and a G body frame but they don't make them anymore. American Racing make a nice set apparently but at $1500 ill make do with the speed engineering. If the LT's clear the 4L80e I would assume they would clear the other transmissions.

$350

No problem.

I used Speed Engineering 1-7/8" long tube headers on my 99 Camaro LS1 way back in 2014 when the company was new, and I was very happy then. Back then I paid $425 for the LT headers with Y pipe which was a great deal then. The pieces looked better back then with less cuts and a polished finish:
