MALIBU Looking to buy 78 Malibu

I will be looking to buy a 1978 non-landau 2 door. I want it ready to go running and driving or very close to it. custom and mods are preferred but not required. Let me know what you've got.
I would REALLY like a TTOP conversion with an LS swap.
