what about Moog 5409?.....I have 5413 in my GP rear now but it sits about an 1" too high so I'm going to try the 5409

I’ll check into those numbers... i pulled a set of rear springs out of a coupe, they seem to be an inch taller than the wagon springs, but they are a smaller diameter

At least it's easier to swap out rear springs than fronts.

Here is some raw data for you. MotorheadMike cited 180 lb-in for his cut-down Matrix springs.

Here are stock Moog straight-rate wagon coils from RockAuto:

Here is the hacked spreadsheet with the new data for comparison:

I'd be interested to try the 5409 or 5413 - Spring Type 19 - drops right in without adapters.

I haven't seen that chart in awhile. It's one of the better ones available.

I swapped out my original cargo coils for some used F-41 coupe springs and am very happy with the results. Probably a 2” drop, I forgot to take measurements before hand. Rides well too, if I ever have real load to haul I can put in the original coils. Fronts are Eibachs which lowered it right about 1”.

I received my lowering springs from belltech that were supposed to fit, but now they tell me they’re for the coupe model not the wagon, the springs are 4” shorter than the stock wagon springs and alot smaller diameter... maybe I’ll just put the stock springs back in and throw some sand bags in Bahaha 😂
