What will fit on top of a 6L LS and under a stock GN hood.
I know a Holley Hi Ram is too tall. The intake will see some pressure too.

All depends on the engine mounts being used and how clapped out the body mounts on the car are, few factors here.
If people would stop using TRUCK intakes on cars they wouldn't have any of these issues.
I had a 1st Gen truck intake under a stock MC hood with truck accessories. The top of the alternator required me to clearance one of the under hood braces - I cut a slice where it hit, gently pounded it towards the sky.
There are pics of it on a thread somewhere. But that hood got disposed of out of necessity (unfortunately - kinda).

Now try it with an LS6 intake. Your results will be MUCH closer
Yup, and what size engine, cam, heads, etc.
LS1 and LS2 Intakes are at the bottom of the list. LS6 and Gen III LS Truck Intake is about on par, Gen IV LS Truck Intake edges it out uptop.
