Back in the mid-90's I helped a friend wire a couple injected engines. He use a crossfire injection on one (which he later removed and put a pair of carbs on that special intake). And also a tune port injection system, I don't remember what it was out of. With the right manuals, they ran quite well and went in fairly smoothly.

Hey man, I got a LT1 in my 79 Cutlass. Check my user garage. Or check cardomain.com/id/wrightlimousine. You should do it tho. The best thing that happened to my olds since my grandma bought it in 79 Haha. Go ls1 with the fuel injection or carb the LT1 you will find a new love for your car. LT1 is a direct bolt in which is always +.

If you don't mind me asking lsx cutty what the cubic inch on a 5.3?I know a chevy 5.0 is a 305 and a 5.7 is a 350 so is a 5.3 a 327?
