This is week 2 of manual blinkers. How can my hazards flash but my blinkers (both left, right & front, back) just light up? I thought if the turn signal made contact that the flasher fuse did the rest?

There are two flashers on the fuse block. One for hazards and one for signals.
Replace your signal flasher and you're good to go.
