manual steering box for G-body

I would like to swap the power steering box in my '78 Lemans for a manual unit. No, it's not because I want to shave weight and 'make my car faster'. I just like a simple, un-cluttered engine compartment, and actually prefer a manual box to power.

Besides finding a G-body with a factory manual box, I wondered which other vehicles would have an interchangeable manual steering box. I have heard of people using S-10 steering boxes? Thanks.

You can use an S-10 box but you need to use your pitman arm.
