400 is getting up there for a T5. You want overdrive right? Probably the most cost effective way to go is with a T56 setup out of an early 4th gen (93-97) Camaro with the LT1.

Going to manual in these cars is not cheap but it's worth it in my opinion. I'm putting a T5 out of a 91 IROC Z behind my 350hp/350. We put a T56 Magnum behind the 6.0 LSX in my brother's 78 Z28 and it makes the car.
 
I haven't found a decent complete hydraulic conversion that is not intended for an LS and T56. I asked the company the OP has a link too...

No straight answers or referrals to customers using a T10, a Super T10, Muncie M20, M21, M22 or Richmond/Nash five or six speed....!!?!

I have a howe t5 hydro TOB conversion part for the trans. $130 and has worked for a thousand or so miles.

This plus a 3rd gen master works good!

with the Howe hydraulic throw out bearing and the F body master you'll need a stop for the pedal so you won't overtravel the throw out bearing. I used an appliance foot, drilled a hole in the fire wall, used one nut and a on each side of the firewall with a large washer on the inside of the wall and adjusted it as needed.
