I'm ready to tackle replacing my body bushings, I want to do poly. Does anyone make a complete kit? With good directions. I don't want to buy a complete suspension kit though.

Just got my Energy Suspensions bushing kit in the mail yesterday and I sourced all my bolts in stainless steel from Bolt Depot (https://www.boltdepot.com/) for less than $20 with shipping.

It looks as though Energy Suspension has the market cornered...I also opted for the Energy Suspension kit...quality made parts.

I bought reproduction GM bushings and GM bolts. I am really satisfied with the way it rides now.

I have the Energy bushings in my Pontiac, but what are your goals and how rusty is the body?

On my T-type, which is a rust free carolina/texas car, I just replace all of the lowers with 457915 "pinks" and called it good.

The difference in stiffness was noticeable without being harsh or make the glovebox door rattle on grooved pavement.

If a car has ANY rust, replacing the upper bushings can turn into a nightmare.
