I was thinking that too, but the way the angle is I think it can only fit on the block one way

Here is the GM parts breakdown for the mount. I've had no luck searching for a direct replacement. May have to go over to your local GM parts counter to see if it has been superseded with a new number and if not available, see if the non GM parts counter can check for a direct replacement this way.

are you trying to line up the side in your first photo with the other side in place with the bolt keeping it in place?

I had that problem, take the bolt out and get both sides to slide in place at the same time. It's easier with a friend to help but you can do it on your own. You can't line up one side and then try to light up the other side, at least I couldn't
