Here's a link to my build thread where I primed and painted my frame.....

Here is the link of some POR15 pics including the floor. As stated, prep is everything! To be honest, i didn't prep the floor as aggressively as everything because it will be covered with sound deadening stuff and carpet. I sprayed the metal prep, and then brushed away.

I know it won't rust for a VERY long time, if ever. Anyways, here ya go.

water is still coming in by the heater box...

it has to be 1 of 2 things... i cut the hole too big for the heater core pipes to come out... or i dont have the rest of the mesh piece under the window liner on yet, u know that the rubber then seals and the hood closes on it...

I vacuumed the water out YET again ... put gasket sealer around the top of the heater box... the hole where the heater core piping comes thru is still large so I am going to make a plate out of metal, drill 2 holes in it (for the piping) and then seal all around it. once the water stops i can work on the interior situation...

I re-sealed the top of the heater box with mega black gasket maker, the past few days its rained and there is much less/almost no water in the car, going to seal it a little better and also working on something to fill the big hole in the heater box where the heater core hose pipings come out
