My recent negative Summit Racing experience

I am once again a Summit Racing customer. I think less of them though. As I said before, I will not use their return label again.

What I always tell my customers when they complain something didnt get there and they used the prepaid label (of any company), as long as you have proof that you returned it and it has been processed as a return, your credit card company should stand behind you. I am sure these companies that offer those return labels dont want lawsuits over whatever refund is in order as since they provide the return label, that is between them and the shipping company they contracted. Not the customers liability. But, thats just from a logical standpoint.

On another note....this is just my opinion but....I think a lot of companies, online and brick and mortar, are coming up on the next level of the workforce. Lazy azz workers that do not apply themselves, have no idea of work ethic, no responsibility and a general lack of giving a shiet. Hang on to the good companies that you do find as that is becoming more and more rare.

And hang on to those employees who know how to go above and beyond !
No offense to the milenials among us but a lot of the younger workers don't have a clue as to what hard work really is. Too many go to college and not enough are willing to spin wrenches and get dirty. Blue collar jobs are beneath them and aren't "sexy" enough. An actual quote from HR people who try to hire young people. We are doomed as we get older because young people aren't learning plumbing electrical welding etc.

I've been using summit for years now and seem's like I'm spend more with then than O'Reilly. Havent had any issues with summit and if I have to return anything I just drive from oklahoma to the Texas store which give me a reason to look thru there store and site see even though it cost more than just paying the shipping to send the item or items back.
