My Weight Loss Program

I still have a few symptoms so I'm going to put that burger off. I'll be having liver and onions today instead of a burger..🙂

Glad you are feeling better.

My father-in-law survived a burst abdominal arterial aneurysm. We call him Mr. 6 Percent. The blood pressure in his gut kept him from fully bleeding out until he made it to the OR. He had been monitored for it for years after his brother's doctor found one developing just above his heart. My father-in-law's doctor never looked south with the ultrasound. He was doubly lucky - it was below his kidneys, so they never shut down.

Now what are you going to do (after a celebratory dinner) to keep your svelte self in size 34s? That's quite an achievement!

Thanks and I still have some fat to lose so I'll use this kickstart to change my eating habits and be physically active more often. I like to cook and was eating way too much pasta with my favorite fattening sauces.. And that fresh french bread with butter to go along with the meals was real tasty but it sure didn't help.

Like everyone else . . . I tuned in expecting, OK, battery to the trunk, Edelbrock Aluminum heads and intake, tubular a-arms and C5 hubs, etc. etc.

That is pretty scary. My wife's cousin got a similar problem, different bacteria, and she was on antibiotics for a year which finally worked but killed off all the good ones in her gut too so it took another year to get that corrected. She got down to like 88 lbs. Almost lost her. With all the amazing breakthroughs in medicine, it is hard to believe that we don't have all those little buggers covered by now but it is actually getting worse everywhere. Had a big listeria outbreak locally from ice cream of all things last year killed some folks and got a bunch of others quite sick.

Jokingly . . . liver and onions though? Just kill me!

Seriously, hope you get a handle on it all soon!

I like liver and onions!
Did I just say that out loud?
sh*t
