I try to find something good out of anything, loosing weight like this was wasn't fun but I guess you can say I nipped it in the butt....🙂

Hope you are feeling better, Not fun being sick. I have been enduring a dose of the Shingles and the antibiotics they gave me Messed with my kidney function. Went to the Dr's again yesterday and the blood tests came back all good. So Hopefully we can have a better summer now.

Thanks Jeremy, I figure next week I'll more like myself. At least now I can eat citrus again. I just had my first orange in a month and I savoured that orange like it was my last meal

Now I have to buy some new pants, I only have one pair of jeans a size 34. Maybe I'll start a Gofundmepants...🙂
