Thanks and yes this was an unusual year for me, I figure my immune system has been fortified so I'm good to go another 65 years....😀

thanks Jack, it has been a strange year for me, never really been sick all the years up to this year. I can deal with c diff, the flu and the pneumonia but I was also diagnose with diabetes this year which came out of nowhere. I had a few extra pounds but I was always active and ate well so that was a surprise for me. The medical world just wants to feed you pills for the diabetes but I did a bit of research and use natural stuff to deal with the blood sugar, peanuts are great to help control blood sugar.

Type 2 diabetes can be brought under control by exercise and diet. There should be tons of information on the web. You're absolutely right about doctors quick to prescribe drugs to control a given condition. Higher than normal cholesterol they automatically want to put you on a Statin. There should be lots of natural remedies out there. If the pharmaceutical companies had their way, we'd all be reliant on drugs.
