just completed my second and final (I hope) mini weight loss program for 2016....I just getting over the flu and bronchitis I caught last week so I trimmed down a bit getting ready for them turkey dinners..🙂

That bronchitis wasn't bronchitis, turned out to be pneumonia and the meds and 2 puffers could have paid for some nice upgrades on my GP....if it doesn't lose me weight then I don't want it to cost me.... 🙁

It'll pass but I am up now at 2:11am cause I can't get comfortable in bed with these lungs....but it is another tic on my bucket list..😎

I wish it was for partying....the flu is making it's rounds. I don't get the flu shot and that shot does not totally prevent you from getting the flu, it's a 50/50 shot with the shot
