the threads are still on the inside of the caliperif you have the 3/8 hex bolts on the caliper loosened all the way you would have enough of the head of the bolt showing to grab it with vise grips to pull it out

Yea those bolts that hold it to the car, except on the new caliper I can't get them out to put it in the car

No, its not on the car, i took it out of the box and started spinning the bolts out with the exact tool that i used to take off the old caliper, it spins but nothing happens.is the new caliper installed on the car?
