New chrome rims

What are you using to protect the chrome from pitting and surface rust.I am aware of the waxes just wondering if their is something out there for long term protection.

Don't use Sharkhide!

WD40 works pretty good, so does Rain-X window cleaner.

I've always just used a few good coats of paste wax every year. That's what my old man told me he found best for protecting chrome.

Mothers works ok,but I use a product called AutoSol.Its a cream in a tube cost me about 12 bucks.Bikers use it on all the chrome and aluminum,has nickel in it.
