$70 bucks that isn't bad at all. I took a better look underneath this morning. There is a hole about the size of a golf ball and the area around it is soft about 6-7 inches around the hole. Took a look at the passenger side and thankfully it's smooth. It's parked for the winter. I'm hoping that by mid March I can start tearing into it.

Yeah that sounds familiar lol. Try tapping your foot on different parts of the floor. If you hear a thud then it’s probably in good shape, if it sounds like you’re raking leaves then it definitely needs work there😆
Your biggest concern will probably be rusted seat brackets but that’s only if it’s spread that far.
