She has settled right in. We keep forgetting she's still a puppy. Couple of accidents here and there, but really good overall. We took her to training class and she graduated from the first one. Wife decided to take her to the second level and that just started...
Spent about 4 hours today installing the shelving in the pantry. Went about like I anticipated. Damn Chinese pipe kit was a PITA. It wasn't threaded exactly the same amount, so once assembled, each shelf ended up being at a slightly different height. Grrrr. So first I had to lay everything out, drill the holes, put the anchors in, then either tighten or loosen each joint to get the 1x10 oak boards to lay flat on all four brackets. I think the outcome was worth it though. Plus it makes the wife happy which in turn, makes me happy. Happy wife happy life.
Got slammed with snow over the last two days. Woke up this morning to some bad drifts. Luckily the atv with a 5' plow was able to clear the driveway. Got home tonight to this. Damn...

Ours is in his final semester of college, so hopefully covid crap stays away and he can actually finish his college, at college.
Got this much accomplished this weekend. I'm pooped.

Also this was started 😎 built in cabinets for the mudroom...
Edit: Cabinets were not done by me, my neighbor that I've been bartering with built them.

Guess that answers whether you were grabbing a teenager for free labor around the homestead...
Been burning the candle at both ends it seems. Third bedroom is in primer now. Also added an outlet to the outside wall on one side. Literally woke up in the middle of the night and was like, damn, should've thought of that when I was building the wall. Not a big deal, just used a remodel box and was able to pull the wire from the other right into it.
Also the cabinets in the mudroom are coming along nicely. Hope to paint them by next weekend.
