I sanded them pretty heavily to get rid of any shine from the chrome and put on a couple coats of primer and paint hoping they hold up but we’ll see in the long run.

I used this method on a set in the past and they held up very good without promoter

Yes I can it will be awhile before they see any street use I’m just trying to do little time consuming items like this that way when I reassemble the car that’s less to do.
