Hang tough. I had the picc line for about 6 weeks before the surgery.

I expect the same time frame as well they said 6-8 weeks if everything goes ok between now and then

Does anyone know if they make patch panels for this area? The floor pan is spot welded to it. Not sure if it’s part of the inner rocker or not.

Kinda.... The sherman floor pans have the top layer of that shoulder attached. But the bottom layer that holds the #3 body mount isn't made. Patches can be made fairly easily though. I replaced mine in my build thread to the best of my abilities.

Your getting YEARS of experience and knowledge from your first project. Like cheap tools don’t last, LOL. As long as you don’t LOSE the mule skinner ( like I did ) you’ll have it for years, just flip the wheel regularly and it won’t get out of shape. I saw a guy do that with one. As for over...

I figured making patches would probably have to be the way to go. Trying to start the planning on putting a floor back in this car.

First off I want to give a shoutout to Paul at winvoices for creating a accurate window sticker for my car once I provided him with the build info from the GM heritage center. Second I decided to do some trimming and set the floor pan and firewall in place. Still have quite a bit of work to do around the driveshaft hump in the rear as far as fitment, aside from that it actually looks like a decent body even if nothing is permanently attached.

Did some more trimming and fitting on the floor and firewall. Pretty happy with the floor just need to give the two spots around the driveshaft hump some persuasion and get it tighter up at the firewall especially on the drivers side. All in all pretty happy just trying to make the best before I have my surgery Friday.

Thanks and thanks I’m hoping for the best since there are 3-4 different ways it could go so hoping it goes the easiest way possible.
