Got the new rear main brake line installed and what a nice fit classic tube really did a good job on these lines. Also starting to dismantle some of the engine compartment this evening I finally replaced the worn out hood struts so I don’t have to use a stick now

Did you lift the body off the chassis to replace the line from the combination valve to the rear rubber hose? Love the Typhoon. Always wanted one. My first truck (vehicle) was an 84 S10 Blazer.

Jared, it can be done without lifting the body. Brian and I installed my rear line as such, it sucked and took some patience, but it worked.

My mom bought it new, has almost 190k on it, bone stock truck. It was her daily up until I’d say 2011ish and then I took over. It went through a house fire back in 2013 and went through extensive repairs. But is back good as new now. Unfortunately I wish I could say the same about the 86 GN I had but it was to far destroyed after the fire if I would’ve known I would’ve moved it to. I also have my first car behind the Typhoon a 86 Fiero SE that had a little damage from the fire. Planning on maybe repainting it next year
