New toy 1981 Indy 500 pace car

That’s what I’m thinking maybe if I get a dremel with a small cut off wheel and measure it and tape it I think is all it would need it just doesn’t look right having the grille pushed back like that

I decided to take the backseat out to see if I could find the build sheet and sure enough I found it it will be going into a frame ASAP. I was worried that it may have got thrown away as I have heard of Buick putting them under the hood pad and mine has been
removed.

Some interior pictures the interior is in good shape minus that one split on the dash pad going to see if I can find a replacement dash for the car eventually but I think I can live with it for now. I also have the shifter handle I just have the console set in due to the shifter cable fiasco

I’m not sure it’s not like the broadcast sheet I found in my GN this one is completely different

That sheet of paper reminds my of a broadcast card on steroids. I would find them in the seats when I restored the two W30 and GTO I had but they were smaller. Good find, make a copy of it and display the copy at the car shows and keep the original in a safe place.

I plan on doing that I may order some of the 1981 Indy collectibles and do a shadow box to display in the trunk
