This makes me think my junk runs 15 second quarters! I know it makes huge power but I haven't run it, partially for fear of it being slow.

I like the series 2 in your car. It's cool.

Don't run it. Just talk smack and claim it runs 13s. You have plausible deniability without a slip.

3800 powah

I can always loan you my plywood fixture I made to weld the 180 bend in my m90 to swap my fturd. The car ran 12.60's with the blower and a cam!!! 🙂

I'll even pay the shipping your way!!! Thats like a $40 value.

Um...no. IIRC traction will be your nemesis. Hell, my 510 was in the 15s and that's bumping the rev limiter at the top of 3rd. It was geared all wrong for 1/4 mile work. Just a cruiser.

Traction might be a bit of an issue. It blows both 245s off at 45mph when the boost comes on. If I footbrake it into boost from a standstill it's a huge smoke show!

The old girl decided to show her @$$ today, and it's a hot, cellulite laden mess. Did some site visits, threw a bottle of Rislone in the oil to see if it would quiet whatever the noise is down, then stopped for lunch closer to home. Come out, hit the key, and it starts then dies 5-6 times. Ok, VATS is acting up; hit the remote start and same. Then, no crank, WTF? Rip the glovebox down, unplug/replug the BCM, and still nothing. Grabbed the lug wrench out of the trunk, start tapping the starter while the remote start is on, and got it running. I now know the starter is on the way out, but could tbe ignition switch go at the same time? Dammit, man!!!

Check your ignition switch alignment to the push rod on the column, if it is not set up correctly it could be momentarily allowing the switch into that position between lock and run when you release the key from starting.

If that is not the case, then at least it is pretty easy to get to to change...

I think maybe you parked too close to a Ford.
