Yup. Their inability to understand the economic concept of "price elasticity of demand" will eventually put them out of business. I don't buy anything from them because I can't afford it. :(

now that I think about it, if they were making the parts, or had them made up, with them being the exclusive retailer, high prices on new items would go in correlation with covering tooling and initial production costs. And the prices would stay high, if they are slow selling products
I think we are screwed either way. When the used parts dry up, we will have no choice but to buy what companies like OPG have

I agree some of these prices are high but the fact is that at least some of it is even available. If you needed a new grill or some chrome you might not be too happy about the prices, but imagine if none of these parts were available at all.My biggest gripe about these parts isnt so much the price but quality.Sometimes I wonder why they even bother to make some of these parts if they cant get it right.Especially when it comes to all this abs plastic for the interiors and dashes.

It's not only them, it's everywhere. People want a fortune for everything because the economy sucks! It's getting hard to find a good deal on craigslist anymore too. Scrap prices must be up too because I see A LOT of junk going for way too much!
