Opinions needed; body side molding yes or no

i took the side moldings off my 86 cutlass as well, it does give a cleaner look

It does look a lot sleeker and cleaner with the moldings off but wait until you walk out one day and see some SOB put a nice
ding in that paint job....I saw keep them on....
