It does look great and I hope you have a go pro or a dash cam so we can take a ride with you around the track. I'm surprised you left the brake booster alone and didn't go with manual brakes..

We have a Replay XD (Similar to GoPro) for some good footage 🙂

The cam is actually building more vacuum than expected but we will be going with the Hydroboost in the near future.

I'll be looking forward to the videos... 😀

Have you not considered manual brakes to give you better braking modulation?

We are working with Carl Bush at Wilwood to determine what's best for our situation. I have to measure the pedal ratio and get back with him.

Corvette fronts and the small piston metric Wilwood out back. Ratio is right at 2:1. I whacked the brakes at 85 and it hauled down no problem. Nice and straight.

I'll be interested in seeing what you are doing with the brakes..

We were prepared for a terrible vacuum situation but for some reason there seems to be some available. I'll have to check to see how much it's pulling.

Cam is 236/240 at 0.050 on a 109 lobe separation. Installed at 105 intake centerline (Moroso Pro Wheel said 104.5). 550 lift.

I wasn't thinking you had a vacuum issue regarding the brakes. Personally I like the manual brakes on these cars as there is no problem with the leverage you get with the stock pedal, you also have more control over the braking with a better feel for them. Plus you can drop a little wait going to a manual set up. Ramey, I'm sure you know this with your circle track experience so I was wondering why it wasn't considered if at all. Wilwood makes a nice manual brake master that comes in 4 different bore sizes.

Gotcha. Yes, I like the precise feel of a manual m/c as well. Originally Carl thought the smallest one they had wouldn't provide enough force but maybe I'll give it a try.

It would be nice to get rid of the booster.

The rear calipers are my favorite upgrade so far. Having the correct piston area ratio front to rear is sweet.

Heres a picture of the green machine from this weekend at the 2014 Carlisle Gm Nationals

car sounded great. with the 109 lobe sep the car sounded like it had so much more cam lol. good work
