My car is finally painted and i'm happy with the color. But I'm going through my trim pieces in order to polish hopefully soon. And i've got 2 chrome bumpers. Should i put these on or should i leave the painted bumpers on.

my opinion.. it depends how much other chrome trim u will have on ur car.. like around ur wheels, windows?? if u have alot of chrome trim the chrome bumpers would look good...but im really lovin the painted bumper look.. dont see that much if at all

All the chrome trim i'll be putting back on are the original pieces. The car is a 442 so no lower chrome moldings or wheel wells, I'm using all the trim the car originally came with. ThanksI like the painted bumpers too.

this is how i got the car was when i bought it.

i normally go for the chrome look, being a salon owner. but I really like the painted bumpers ya got. I would just put the chrome window trim back on. blacked out light bezels like on my 85 salon (maybe mostly blacked out grill....some chrome?) and the chrome strips that go in the upper bumpers covers. so there is a little chrome on the rear leave the edges of the rear tailights chrome

looks awesome

peace

Chrome bumpers. I'm just not a fan of painted Cutlass and Regal bumpers. I love old cars because of all the bling (chrome) they came with from the factory.
