Painted bumpers, you should blackout all the window trim too by finding trim from a GN or Monte SS

I panted my bumpers, door handles, locks, drip rails and t-top trim body color with clear and all the other trim and grill along with the centre section of the front bumper satin black, I used rubber around the front windshield so it's black and sits flush with the windshield frame

pontiacgp the GP is looking good but i can't bring myself to black my trim out. I'm going to polish the bumpers anyway. So when i get the trim on I might slap the bumpers on and see what its looking like then. I bought the chrome bumpers with anticipation of them not looking good painted. But I disagree with painted bumpers looking cheap, granted some do but i think these tie in good like i got some GN sh*t going on, rather then looking like an after thought.

I cut part of the front bumper out so it would have to be rechromed or painted and I took the chrome on the bottom of the doors, fenders and 1/4 panels so I thought it would look funny have the chrome bumpers with no chrome trim to match it....but the main reason is with a matte finish I don't think chrome would look good anywhere on the car. I wanted the whole body to flow if you can understand that...and not trying to brag about I like how it came out and I get alot of stares and compliments

I see what your saying, now that you pointed it out. It looks menacing though like it should be in mad max or something. Stance is on point to. And i can understand not sending it off to be chromed.

I do have a spare front bumper though just in case things didn't work out..I'm looking forward to getting it back on the road

Look forward to seeing a matte car with painted bumpers should be cool.
