This my 78 olds cutlass..Awsome Monte looks sick :D

Hey, I have a 78 as well and looking to redo my interior. Do you have a place to get good parts, I think the back panels and door panels will be hardest other than dash. My dash is cracked and want to change it from red to blue.
Where did you get your gauge cluster/face plate?

Anyone know if there is a way to get the vents removed and what a good idea is to put in place, or if there is a dash from another car that will fit that comes with no vents? I removed my AC/Heat the other day and dont really want the vents there.

Not sure of name, but the guy who is redoing his dash completely. Nice looking work, what are your plan for it?

Here's what I did last winter to my 79' Malibu. Started out with bench seats, column shifter, and with the nastiest interior I've ever seen.

Here's a couple before pictures I took

By no means is it perfect but I love the way it turned out. Most pieces were painted but since it's hard to find nice B-pillars and rear side trim, those are aftermarket pieces that will eventually be replaced with nice OEM pieces again. The radio in it now is fully functional from an 87' Cutlass, and I modified it so that it plays my iPod.

Excuse the armrests and carpet, I haven't gotten to clean them up lately
