did you pull the rad cap off and look in the rad its self ? thats where mine was pluged up, looked like calcium there was hardly any flow. i changed my rad and added an external trans cooler. Then it worked mint. Then i swaped my rear end gears to 373s and ended up pulling the 200c and installing a 2004r

No I didnt look inside just made sure it wasn't clogged on trans part. Car doesnt overheat. Trans stops shifting after only a few minutes of driving.

The adjustment button on my T.V. cable has a tendency to stick on my 91' Bird. I get it set and it runs great then goes back/slips..... Before dropping another Trani , try a new T.V. Cable???

I found this helpful: http://www.tvmadeez.com/tvcable_instruc ... nstall.php <and> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bMSUMpKhcf0

Disclaimer >> I am not a transmission repair man...... Hope you figure it out!

Yea I put a new cable on this one.. I did notice that the old one would come out about 3 clicks set at WOT & this one doesnt even come out at all? Cable is tight & I can pull on it so it doesnt seem like valve is stuck.... might just buy a bop350 from a yard & see what happens

Having some issues with my regal. Heard these 200s are crap. Was told a bop350 is bollt in what about a bop400? Would it be too big for the 3.8? Seen one for sale locally.

Google the stamping #"s on the housing on the two you have(passenger side). I have a 3.8 Buick and assumed I had the 200
until I searched and realized my 3.8 had somehow received a th-350.

I have a TH-350c in my 3.8 and it's fine????

http://www.gmpartsgiant.com/models/1983 ... parts.html

Link has Regal Trani codes at the bottom....

Just thought you may have a 350 already and maybe cheaper to re-build one instead of rolling the dice on keep buying mystery Crap?

Previous disclaimer still stands...

Yea they are both 200's.

What about the wiring that goes to it? I believe it's for the torque conv? If that wiring is bad somewhere would it make it act like this? Thats the only other thing that I can think of...
