Perfect time to splash a mold and make some copies for resale.
3d printing? i know its a large part, but is it possible?
probably only need 12 pieces to meet demand.

I was thinking fiberglass. Hell, I might even buy one in hopes that I eventually find a car to put under it.
yes, i know fiberglass is the most cost effective, i wasn't sure what was easiest for a low production piece.

The guy I'm buying the spoiler from was thinking the same thing... reproduce it, help the G Body community, make a little money = win win. He looked into it ( I have been talking to him for several months ) , and found it too expensive to pursue. I know nothing about making molds, or 3D printing, but I may have to educate myself. Nobody else is going to do it, for such a narrow market.

That would be a good opportunity to be fiberglass or resin cast. 3d printing has size limitations.

If you have FB look up senkyr composites. He is in the Minneapolis area and has been doing a lot of g body light weight parts. He might be interested since it's g body related.

Who works on their car on Christmas Day?? Me! Went to Mom's for 4 hours ( took a change of clothes ), then went straight to the shop.
Frame completely stripped of all front & rear suspension.

Still need to remove the brake & fuel lines. I will do that tonight or tomorrow.
Went to Harbor Freight and bought (4) small dollies on sale for 7.99 ea. And had a 25% off (1) item, so out the door $32. I strapped the frame to the dollies, so I can easily move the frame by myself. I also had to raise the body another 2" so I can easily roll it from under the body, and then put it back. It's the spare tire well that is the issue...
