I am but I'm also going with a six speed which I can't afford yet, it'll be another year saving $ and collecting parts. I still would like to enjoy it this summer with the SBC.

Did you calculate your compression ratio with those head gaskets and cc of heads/piston combo

I did not. I know it will be higher than stock, plus the gaskets are a tick thinner than stock which is what I wanted. I'm hoping for around 10.8-1

His better because mine is around 11.3 to 1 and that's my plan. According to cam specs I should be fine.
