BUILD THREAD Project long time coming

Alright people I need some opinions. I found the C6 Z06 calipers somewhere else. Could still get the brackets from Kore3. Would end up roughly the same price.
Other option is trying to use CTS-V or Camaro Brembo calipers. Would save some $, would take some work. Parts would be used versus the new Vette calipers.

Thoughts? Pros, cons...

Another option is to look local at junk yards for the calipers and just do a rebuild kit on it to be safe?

I've been watching this for past couple of pages. And after seeing Mclellan post - OMC!!!!! $1200 for brakes out of a wreck. I'd have a tough time not rubbing the other couple of Benjamin's together buy new Brembo's, Wilwood, etc.

I know how prices have jumped, but wow is $1200+ crazy (too me).
