Repaint, rats nest wiring under the hood, and a lot of questionable changes. I bet that odometer has either been around at least once or swapped in out of another car.

Thank you! I may have slightly over paid knowing what I know now- I had the cash and think it'll be decent when cleaned up (with some effort).
