yeah i hear you there,i have been a plumber for 11 years with the company i started the apprenticeship. they were alot of bad parts about the job yes you were just a number there. but luv what i do. the reason i left in the last 4 years i havent gotten 40 hours. it was usally 15-30 hours. the new company said i will get 50 hours a week.the people seem cool . but you never know.

I hope it works out for you. I am a manager/bookkeeper for a plumbing/hvac company here in nj. they so mistreat their people - I call it the "wheel of torture". It gets pretty bad. Last week it was me, this week so far its others. But they know they can get away with it. The job market here is terrible. I've been looking for years and even with my credentials and references I barely get interviews. And if I do the pay is worse than what I get now, so I go to work and put up with it. I really do hope things work good for you and this is a start moving on up. (insert Jeffersons theme song here)

update on me quitting my job,been at the new company (plumbing) been here a month. i cant complain about lack of hours. been getting 50- 65 hours a week. things are working out for me, will be able to finish my cutty alot quicker now.

Yeah, its 07 with 110k miles. Shitty 6.0L boat anchor that Ford made a mistake by ever putting in any of their vehicles. I wish it was a 7.3L but oh well. I've heard we are getting new Nissan NV high top vans soon to replace these mistakes.

THE DIESEL 6.0 MOTORS SUCK... I HATED DRIVING THIS DAMN TRUCK... MY BOSS SWEARS I CRASHED IT ON PURPOSE... subconciously, i may have... WORST MOTORS EVER...
