Your originals are vacuum plated which essentially is cost prohibitive to have done. Couple that to the fact the epa has all done all it could under the previous governments to drive chrome platers out of the country... seriously, you could buy another regal for what it'd cost to small batch replate those.
Your choices are
1) win the lottery and replate what you have
2) win a scratch off ticket and find/buy NOS
3) buy used (harder and harder to find)
4) adopt the ttype style where the edges and rims remain chrome plated but the recessed portion of the bucket is painted flat black
5) use paintable chrome, (not rustoleum cheapo kind) which, as a downside, lacks the depth and mirror finish of true chrome, AND can/will chip when on a front facing surface.
