I have no experience with what you’re doing or building anything to handle a fast ‘small tire car’, but I find it hard to believe that 1/2 a degree from rail to rail is going to an issue.

Thanks. Ive been working on the front half some. Cleaning up the old Butyl windshield sealent from the windshield flange was god awful. Ill keep Chipping away at it to get the rest of It cleaned up and in primer.It's tedious work, but when it's done it will all be worth it.
