The Summer has started. I have some parts stashed to the side for this girl. Build will slow down somewhat this summer. The funds made it possible to make a addition to the house. 🙂. So ill be very busy with that big project. But some down time Ill run out here to the barn and get somthin done!

Doing a bit of Mock up for fathers day weekend 🙂. Got everything marked and measured out. Cleaned up and Tacked in with the Tig welder. Im going to end up taking the rear end back out and lift the body off again to really get on the weld locations. Im just not good enough to weld in these tight spots. Struggle just to tac with this limited space. My rails are notched to the seam as of right now. When I get the box in all done and welded in, im going to max notch. To give me the most clearance as possible. Ordered Strange Drag brakes with EVO 4 Low profile calipers. The wilwood rear brake kit I had did not fit in my wheels. The caliper would hit the inside beadlock ring! Looks like the strange kit should fit! Fingers crossed.

Good News Brakes fit. So I mocked everything up and tacked in my coil over bar, arb tabs and coil over tabs. And coil over cross braces. Then I tore everything back to bare frame. Wow what a mock up that was to take it all the way back apart lol. Up here in michigan its been 90+ with high high humidity. My moly is rusting just sitting here unpainted lol. In the process of slowly welding in those pieces.

Its been a very busy summer with me. I added a attatched garage to the house. And I am just finishing hanging lights and install a Overhead door. My parts are really starting to build and there is more on the way. I ordered a 12 point thru-dash cage with funny car enclosure in moly from Wild Rides. And all TRZ front suspension and strange brakes. I have 2 big side jobs going in the barn. To bring in some cash. We gonna make a roller my friends soon!

Hey no problem Ill share. Customers 2020 Silverado 5.3L L84 wiped out a cam lobe! No misfires no codes just noise. We decided good opertunity to drop in a BTR Camshaft and a DOD Delete. Get her right with HPT and she be rockin again soon
