Rear Defrost not working right

Did you have it replaced with a new one or a used one?

If it's new, call up the glass company and tell them you need another new window.

It was replaced with a used window.
I have pretty much given up on the defrost grid, I have i more thing to try, but after that I have scraping off the whole grid, and getting a aftermarket grid and putting that on the window.
I seen a kit once that let you put on each line hofever you want it, which would let me put a design in the grid (im thinking a olds symbole would look neat)
