Got everything out, not sure if in the second photo where I’m holding the pinion if I’m between my fingers is a space but I know between the carrier there was 1 on each side

Is that a crack or just the casting below both bearings? Check it out when you remove the front bearing and both races.

What is the question? Like jcelk says, the outer pinion bearing is still in place - should fall out when you take the front oil seal (pinion yoke seal) off. Looks clean besides the crack in the snout mentioned by 86 Salon. Assuming you have it apart for a full rebuild and all new seals and bearings, get a piece of aluminum or brass round stock and knock the bearing races out by hitting the back of the race in the two semi-circular cutouts (marked X). Same for the inner race, but from the opposite angle of attack (through the front with the brass). You'll need a slide hammer to get the seals first, then the bearings out of the ends of the axel tubes.

Not sure if that is a typical cracking spot. Join the "Gear install technical group" on facebook and share the pictures. Those guys are helpful. I've shared pictures and asked for comments [on that group] for the two that I've rebuilt recently.

on the pinion there was just the outter bearing it looks to be still in the rear housing . your fingers are on the crush sleave it gets a new one .. don;t mix up the carrier caps they need to go on just like they came off it;s best to mark them

And if you've never set the pre load on a pinion with a crush sleeve before, buy 2 or 3 crush sleeves. If you overdo the preload, you'll need to toss out the crush sleeve and use a new one.

someone told me how to get the axle bearings out easy it works good put a long pipe through from one side of the axle housing to the opposite side bearing and hit it with a big hammer it knocks the bearing and seal right out

$30 slide hammer attachment for that purpose, unless you have said 6' pipe laying around.
