lucky you, we only get it about once every 4 yrs down here. and then you stay off the road 'cuzza the idiots who don't know how to drive in it or on it.

I still remember Jan 1996...400 wrecks by 12noon, another 250 by 4pm.

Just dropped the driveshaft off to get shortened, ujoint changed and balanced. $200 plus tax😫😫😫😫

$200 sounds a bit high. When asking for a quote ask how much it would be for a new tube. When I had mine shortened I never asked and found out afdter it was only about $80.

$275 dollars later, I got my driveshaft back🤦🏾‍♂️. I’m going to put it in Tonight after work and hope it fits! Been have trouble bleeding my manual brakes. Hopefully I can get those two things sorted it out tonight and get my car off jack stands and back on the road!

Did you swap the brakes from the old axle to this one or are you hoping the unknown brakes will work? New rubber line to the axle?

Gravity bleed - it's been my savior many times for rear brakes. Then let it sit overnite and all is well.

$275- geesh - glad my kid works at the driveshaft shop.


$275 dollars later, I got my driveshaft back🤦🏾‍♂️. I’m going to put it in Tonight after work and hope it fits! Been have trouble bleeding my manual brakes. Hopefully I can get those two things sorted it out tonight and get my car off jack stands and back on the road!

Literally were hoping they would work, I tried to keep all the original stuff intact, I just hate doing brake lines lol. I did redo the rubber line up front because it was punctured. Def have zero brakes now😩
