Ride hight issue with my cutlass.. HELP!

If I'm not mistaken, there's no washer(s) between the frame and bushing, but I think there's one between the bushing and rad support.

Thank you thank you thank you!!!!! I saw something like this a while back and couldn't find it!! I knew something didn't look right when I put it back together!!!!
