Rim/Tire help and advice needed

Have an 84 cutlass and looking to put a 15x10 295/50/15 tire in the rear... can I do this easily? Wheels have 5.5" BS if that helps. Thanks guys.

Not gonna happen without notching the frame rail. I had a picture of my wheels which are a 15x7 with a 235/75R15 on them with a 4 1/2 inch backspace. They are very close to the frame rail. I can't find the pictures at the moment, there are plenty of wheel threads on here. Do a search you will find all the info you need.

Not on a 10 in wheel w/o a lot of mods. I have 15x8 cragars with 295/50/15 on the rear of mine. All I had to do is use a 1/4 in wheel spacer. I'd go with a 8 in wheel if u don't wanna do any mods.
