Stopped by AZRegal's house yesterday evening to pick up the visors and headliner. He has one CLEAN regal, I was very impressed on the work he has done to it. Interior looks like it just left the showroom clean. I was personally going to go buckets, but after seeing his I am leaning more and more to keeping my 60/40 bench and just recover the interior. IT WAS THAT IMPRESSIVE.

On a side note after he found out I was going to go with a 2004r and the 8.5 and still needed to get a drive shaft shortened or one made. He offered me one from a Cutlass 442 that had the same combo that would fit perfectly. Again a stand up guy!

Hey Jake, if you get a chance to read this. Thanks again, It was fun shooting the sh*t with you, wish I could have stayed a bit longer but the wife was getting hangry lol .

It was truly a pleasure to meet you. Checking out your ride really motivated me to get mine done. Maybe in the future once both builds are done we can take them for a cruise. If you ever need anything or just a helping hand don't hesitate to reach out to me, I am only 25 min away 🙂

Thanks for the kind words. I need to come check out your ride too. I lucked into finding a rarely driven low mile 3 owner Regal. Like I told you this is the exact twin to the car I bought myself in highschool. In 1992. I bought an 8 year old buick Regal for $500 back then. These cars used to be everywhere and cheap. This one needed all the fabric parts on the inside replaced. That is where I started. I plan on doing a frame off resto in the near future. I am just collecting parts right now. I drive the Regal now so I went a head and fixed the interior.

I will let you know if I need anything and vice versa. (come off those sweet tail ights, I need a new passenger side chrome. LOL.) And Absolutely we need to go for a cruise once these are both done.

Well car is totally striped down just waiting on parts to come in for it to go to paint. So i stared staring at it.. decided to smooth out the firewall. . done for the day. welding sheet metal sucks..
