Speaker Kick Panels

I have seen where the e-brake has been removed completely. I think that is the route I will go since I never use it. I have those Q-logic kick panels in a 6.5, I think model C, with some HAT Imagine 6.5 components to drop in. I am sure they will sound awesome but I will be tweaking mine a bunch more with deadener, modeling clay, bb's or pellets for added mass and I may even try fiberglassing the backs. I would ditch the e-brake altogether. It looks so much cleaner. Also, check out the Dixie door panels.

Is anyone running aftermarket speaker kick panels? Tired of drilling into the lower portion of my door panel and am in the process of body-working the panels to fix some sun rot. Only concern I have is in the description, it says the parking brake may need to be bent. Looking for some feedback.

BTW that means i would advise you to do it yourself, $100 seems expensive
