I think I'm going to paint old school wrecker strips on the rear body and have the tail lights in them. I will also be welding a block off plate in were that license plate opening is. I can't use it my frame rails is in the way

Hopefully by this afternoon I have good news on progress yesterday I bought some C-CHANEL to sister the bed brace we're I'm going to cut it for the fuel filler. If all goes well on my Cutlass I'll get it done today

Ok guys I put the Cutlass out to pastor this morning lol not really just out of my site for now I'm kinda mad at it

Anyway put the truck in the driveway and did some waking and hacking. Tired of running it off a gas can I chopped a hole in the right quarter and welded in a gas door and pocket from an 87 Blazer got a little creative with some exaust pipe and some hose and for the first time sence I owned it it has a filler neck. Cut a hole in the bed brace for the filler to go threw and braced it with C-CHANEL. Cut the fuel line to fit installed a filter on the rail by the tank hooked it all up and it works. It's not my best work but then again it's going to be my work truck

Are you setting up a mobile bodyshop, so you can come finish the Pig?😀
Kinda but not really that's illegal in Jersey but I can do surface preparation and metal fabrication under general contractor laws

Wow I did something wrong when I made the wire harness for those taillights something is crossed somewhere the parking lights work fine but no left blinker, everything on the back of the truck blinks with the rt blinker and when I had my daughter Lexi hit the brakes for me the brake lights come on but so do part of the reverse lights ???? I think that's a project for another day I'm tired from taking them horse back riding today

I'm so tired from work all week I just can't get motivated today. I've been trying to get ahold of a guy in ny on Craigslist selling a sutecase welder but I've had no response so I'm going to get threw some coffee and get back on this thing maybe I'll get something done this weekend

Well nothing got done to the truck today per say but I did drive half way across long island almost to the Hamptons and buy a sutecase welder for the truck with Miller 14 pin interface man 50 ft of lead and hose. I hope I never see the Verrazano Narrows or the Sunshine Parkway again unless it's from a boat or from Sandy Hook lol what a ride anyway it's good to 500amps so more than enough for my 270amp welder next is a spool gun for aluminum and a tig torch with a foot pedal and I'm all set on that end hopefully tomorrow this rain lets up and i can get back on it
