Well guys it seems like all my projects are at points that are not my strong suit I worked on wiring all day and it's still not right. However I am making progress. After replacing the yellow power to left turn wire from the middle of the truck back I got it all to work or so I thaught. When the parking lights are on the right signal don't work??? But everything else works and I have a right signal with the parking lights off??? Got me I don't think I've ever seen that before any input would be great on that one. Good thing is it still runs great! During the week I think I'll start back at the front of the truck finishing little stuff like the leaky thermostat housing the a/c harness under the hood that's missing I know I won't find one in a yard around here so I may try to make one work that I have for a 70 Cutlass. One thing driving me nuts is no window cranks I so want to roll down a window in the thing
Grounds, grounds, grounds! Run a braided strap or 4ga. From the box to the frame, and the engine block to the frame. Those lights are insulated, so make sure everything is grounded correctly.
Also, those LEDs only work if the polarity is correct. If one of the plugs is backward from the factory, it won't work. I don't see a ground on the reverse plugs; it may be white. Google the color code from the manufacturer.

Yes the grounds on all the taillights we're white there cheep Chinese eBay LEDs and yes I had a plug in backwards today lol wtf it just worked ummm oh lol I replaced all the ground straps under the hood the last one removed them all he said he didn't like how they looked, moron! Anyway I went back out tonight in the dark and realized it has a bad bulb in the right front ....I guess I had tunnel vision so I'll fix that tomorrow also
Good news guy's all the lights work so I moved on to equipment. Lauren and I moved the welder to the back today and we put a compressor on it that I scored from a neighbor that was scraping it. Needs work but I got it running unfortunately it's blowing oil out of every gasket on the pump. I have another one off of an emglo but it's the reverse rotation. I'm trying to find out if I can reverse it
